No cookies. No trackers. No analytics. When this page loads, it talks to no one but us. Here's the whole story — it's short, because there isn't much to tell.
WHAT THIS SITE DOES NOT DO
It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It loads nothing from third parties when it opens — the fonts live on our own server, the images live on our own server, and nothing about your visit is collected, profiled, or passed along. That also means there's no cookie banner asking you things. There's nothing to ask.
THE ONE THING IT REMEMBERS
When you dismiss our "no cookies" note, the site saves a single flag in your browser's local storage (supunby-cnote) so the note doesn't greet you twice. It never leaves your device, contains nothing about you, and disappears if you clear your browser data.
WHEN YOU PRESS PLAY
Music players on this site are asleep until you press them. When you press PLAY, the Spotify player loads — and from that moment Spotify may set its own cookies and process data under its own privacy policy. Don't press, and Spotify never hears about you.
WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE
If you sign up for Drops, your email address goes to Beehiiv, the platform that sends our newsletter (Beehiiv Inc., USA — privacy policy). We use it to send you Drops, and for nothing else. No tracking pixels beyond the platform's standard delivery machinery, no selling, no sharing. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list.
WHEN YOU WRITE TO US
Email to hello@supunby.com is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox. We read it, we answer it, we don't do anything else with it.
HOSTING
This site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare processes technical connection data (like your IP address) to deliver pages and protect against attacks, and does not retain raw request logs by default. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in serving a fast, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing. Since we barely hold any, this tends to be a short conversation — but it's your right, and the address is hello@supunby.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
TRANSFERS
Our processors (Cloudflare, Beehiiv, Spotify if you press play) are US companies. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses, as applicable per provider.
